Last minute communication, rarely gives you enough notice. Never received our keys since signing the contract, had to take the agents spear keys. Tires to cover up every problem with paint or off cuts or basically anything that hides the problem and not fix the problem, and even then they're jobs that would be done to a better standard by just about anyone. Had mould, damp and faulty electrics due to leaks in the roof and chimney, of which he gets me to cleans the wall to paints over the damp. But not fix the problem. Refuses to reduce rent even though it's still damp and electrics are currently and have been for over 2 months a safety hazard.

Lovely old maisonette apartment above a barber shop with exposed timber frame with great potential, completely let down by a horrific lack of maintenance, with dodgy electrics, badly plastered walls, and a leaking roof, leaving the property full of damp.

Good local shops, fast food, pubs, and salons. Alot of illegal activity, drugs, public urination and homelessness.
