Our landlord actually owned the letting agency and despite this he was very unwillingly to properly maintain the property.

Letting Agent rating
The agency was very unprofessional. It was owned by the landlord and he was not transparent about this. On severely occasions he attempted to conceal this. They often failed to answer emails and charged unfair fees.

The property was in a nice area but the garden had rubbish and rubble in it when we moved in. There were problems with, mould, damp and lead contaminated paint.
