She rents places in Cullompton, Devon.
She's racist. Ignorant. Arrogant. Judgmental and stubborn. If you read this, don't rent off this actual nut bag. She turned up with a plumber while my wife was in bed after a night shift, despite being told not to. The only thing she cares about if her precious garden, which she will harp on about if it isn't kept absolutely SPOTLESS. The house is in need of some major tlc which she clearly couldn't care less about. Kitchen floor is like the Giants' Causeway, carpets are dulled and discoloured, paint is thin and will come off the walls, front door lock doesn't work properly, back door lock doesn't work properly, curtain rails aren't fixed into the walls appropriately and will come out. Honestly, just don't go anywhere near.

Crap. Place was falling apart but she managed to hide it with a thin veneer of cheap paint.
