Landlord rating
Do not rent from this person, he not really fixing emergency issues in timely manner. Winter outside, property not really any warm and boiler went off which is used for central heating and hot water. 48 hours no action taken, no permission given to find professional to fix it. Do not rent from him.

The house is falling apart, with almost everything requiring renovation. We rented it because there were no better options available at the time, as we had just moved to the UK and were dealing with numerous bureaucratic challenges. To make matters worse, he even removed the chandeliers shown in the advertisement pictures and replaced them with the cheapest alternatives possible. This house never saw any love.
