Very difficult guy to speak to on a weekend. Finally after he realised that his pal received a couple more weeks of rent already from us, he repaid me in cash using 2 envelopes. 1 is the big sum, other is different from what he wrote on it mostly 10 then £20 to short-changed. After I shouted, he used "flashers to order me to vacate his car. Took over a week to get money back from him. But he quickly arranged his men to fix issues in the house, after getting the written note in communal areas.
