Landlord rating
Paul is an absolute star dust of a landlord and an even better human being. We’ve spent just over three happy years in his property and my wife and I never had a negative experience renting from him. He didn’t rent us an apartment, he let us somewhere we’ve been proud to call home this last few years. The only non redeeming factor is that he is a Spurs fan lol, but all in all he is a great guy that has a cozy starter flat in Sunny Dagenham and any one would be lucky to have him as a Landlord :)
