Tenancy review for 18 Berechurch Road in Berechurch, Colchester rented from John Pisani

Inspects the property every 3/4 weeks, complains about everything including cobwebs outside, and leaves in the autumn on the drive way. Wanted it kept to such a high standard it was impossible. Very arrogant and rude to my family members. Was intimidating to me on alot if visits. The only good thing about him is he did fix anything that was broken. But when it came to checking out the property he was argumentative and rude, was rude to my in laws and was being petty about alot of things in the property. Do not rent from this man !!

2 bed old house, tiny kitchen wih only one draw, good sized double bedrooms massive garden with 2 sheds.

Next door neighbours were lovely! Doctors right opposite, close to schools and the town centre
