Landlord is great - Replies to emails same day, friendly and helped us with furniture

Property is up to a modern standard. Everything works and the place is spacious. The master has an en suite and a spare room for an office. It's an apartment and we can hear the upstairs neighbour a fair amount (he likes to shout obscenities). This is the reason for 9 stars ;)
