Horrible excuse for a human being refused to sort boiler ignores us then when asked for a reference for another property after being told my partners health was deteriorating and we would not be able to move until next year she hits us with a notice to quit with no reason! A m9nth before Xmas with a disabled woman and a vulnerable child. Rent always paid house well looked after, only to rent it to someone else. Also has her dad carrying out electrical repairs without certificates

Boiler is more than 10 years old can no longer get parts for it, inadequate for house can only run one hit water tap at any time and on lowest pressure so takes forever to run a bath
