Landlord rating
Some people should not be landlords and Kate is the perfect example of this. Rude, unreasonable and very unpleasant. Believes she has a right to enter the property when ever she likes and took all the enjoyment out of living at the property.

Knew about the problems with landlord and that the pool was not working however failed to act. Continue to market the property with a working pool despite knowing otherwise.

Lovely old farmhouse however looks very tired and needs a lot of work done to it. Very expensive compared to better properties on the market.

Your only neighbour is the landlord. I wish we had know how horrible she was before moving in as we wouldn't have gone near the place. Leaving due to her behaviour.
