Some people should not be landlords and Kate is the perfect example of this. Rude, unreasonable and very unpleasant. Believes she has a right to enter the property when ever she likes and took all the enjoyment out of living at the property.

Your only neighbour is the landlord. I wish we had know how horrible she was before moving in as we wouldn't have gone near the place. Leaving due to her behaviour.
