Lived in USA but arranged to have works done whilst I was there. House is in an awful state yet he spent £10k on an Indian slate patio outside destroying all the established plants out of the garden & employed the worlds most uncooperative gardener known to man!

Very old detached cottage grade ll listed. Should have been lovely but was the worst experience ever! Damp, mouldy, cold, expensive to heat & run cos all electric and old plus single glazing only
