On several occasion she has stolen our food.
She unlocked the bedroom unannounced and entered while my girlfriend was sleeping.
She was sleeping on the living room although her 3 rooms were occupied by tenants
She kicked my work colleague out of the garden for stepping on her grass with his bike,

Very risky!!
Light switch out of place never got repaired. You can see the wires.
The house is infested with mould.
Your house is infested with mould especially our window and the wall which you replied that "we should religiously wipe the damp on the window and clean it every day"
Our room was close to the main road making it very unfit for resting or opening the window for fresh air because of the constant traffic.
The shower has a problem; either cold or Boiling water, and makes a funny noise.
There is only one fridge for 5 people.
