Very poor landlord, with an aggressive and egoistical approach. Stores personal possessions in the garage without permission Enters property without consent. Refutes his responsibilities. Maintenance is slow, refuted or poor and inadequate. A very hands-off, no-spend, not-my-problem approach to his business.

Severe lack of maintenance upon property. Very low hot water pressure making the en-suit shower useless. Only a bath and sink to wash in. Rooms tired and require decorating. Bulbs missing from lights, vine climbing rear of house. Bushes in garden overgrowing, grass in guttering. All promises to rectify and no action even after moving in.
