Terrible. Fixes nothing gives fraudulent certificates out. Let’s himself in whenever he wants and watches us on cctv outside the house!!! Had no choice but to change locks

property rented out filthy no offer to clean when complaining. Landlord doesn’t fix anything. Left with no cold tap in the bath for 2 months, hard work with 3 young kids to bath. Tap eventually burst and flooded our house. Landlord provided fake electric report following flood. Also discovered gas certificates write fake! He just wrote them all himself. Had own electrician our who pointed our lots of life threatening dangers!! Landlord doesn’t care at all, told property was well insulated and given a fake EPC had a surveyor our who wrote very negative report on the property. No insulation & poor condition house.
