72E EASTGATE ST. DON’T DO IT!! DO NOT RENT. THE LANDLORD WILL LEAD YOU TO BELIEVE YOU’RE IN THERE FOR A YEAR OR MORE BUT YOU WILL RECEIVE A SECTION 21 AFTER 10 MONTHS BECAUSE HE ACTUALLY WANTS SOMEONE TO BUY IT. THIS HAS HAPPENED 3 TIMES NOW!!! DON’T BE FOOLED!! PLUS, THE PROPERTY NEEDS WORK AND THEY ARE NOT VERY HELPFUL AND WILL TAKE AS MUCH OF YOUR DEPOSIT AS THEY CAN

Appalling. Unbelievably bad at their jobs. Wouldn’t send details for rent payment, no idea who the energy suppliers were, couldn’t read the meters, lied about the state of the property, lied about it being cleaned, couldn’t send the contract, inventory was a disgrace ‘blind- bedroom: broken. Condition- good’ Just, how!?
And the most expensive fees in the town to boot. Absolute thieves.
