Appalling. Unbelievably bad at their jobs. Wouldn’t send details for rent payment, no idea who the energy suppliers were, couldn’t read the meters, lied about the state of the property, lied about it being cleaned, couldn’t send the contract, inventory was a disgrace ‘blind- bedroom: broken. Condition- good’ Just, how!?
And the most expensive fees in the town to boot. Absolute thieves.

2 bed terrace which was absolutely knackered. Holes in walls, terribly decorated, lumps of rough filler all over, kitchen top water damaged and rotting, garden wall fell over when touched... etc etc etc.
