Overcharged at check-out; repairs did not last particularly long and at one point we didn't have hot water in the shower for three weeks.

Apart from the obvious ridiculous charges they imposed (they wanted to charge us a referencing fee when we moved in despite the fact the property we were living in at the time was also managed by them - they wanted us to pay for them to check their own computer!), they were good regarding viewings and giving plenty of notice - changing those that were inconvenient.
