The landlords were incredible. Friendly, approachable and always there for any issues (including multiple counts of lending us their key when we'd locked ourselves out) and never trying to take advantage or charge/blame us for anything that had gone wrong. Best landlords we've ever had over 10 years of renting.

Apart from the obvious ridiculous charges they imposed (they wanted to charge us a referencing fee when we moved in despite the fact the property we were living in at the time was also managed by them - they wanted us to pay for them to check their own computer!), they were good regarding viewings and giving plenty of notice - changing those that were inconvenient.

The property was really well cared for, as it had been our landlords' home prior to it being rented to us. It is a bit dated with some minor issues like the built in storage cupboard's (a small, ceiling-height one) sliding door was stuck open, but it was still usable.

Friendly neighbours, well cared fo communal area and just a short walk to a shop, post office and park. Easy to get to the city centre.
