3 rooms old fashioned but very spacious. Amenities were always promptly replaced/ repaired when needed. The carpets were old but the owners are putting wooden flooring in. My room was next to the bathroom so whenever shower or toilet was in use this would wake me. Noise from the living room was quite audible too. Great kitchen space plenty of cupboards for everyone’s food, great fridge space too. Lovely view into town from the garden or front of the house. I liked the bathroom size and walk in shower. Staircase steps are narrow but I got used to it.

10-15 minute walk to bus stop was quite a walk up the hill returning home from uni. Elderly neighbour on one side. He always took our bins back in was really sweet. The neighbours look after each other: Students on the other. Can hear them partying sometimes. Parking was a bit of a problem as it was difficult to find space most of the time on the road in the evening. Overall quiet street.
