David is a very attentive and helpful landlord, going above and beyond to help us with any concerns we had. Always great at communicating with us and responding to our queries. Also offered to help us when our utilities provider was causing havoc when he didn't need to. Possibly the best landlord I have ever had and it was a pleasure to rent with him.

The property is kept in excellent condition and is perfect for any group of four looking for a house to suit their needs. The house is spacious, has all the facilities one would need and it is clear the landlord takes pride in his property. The house is mold free and the landlord responds to any breakages and concerns promptly.

Tons of shops nearby. A lidl is a 5 minute walk away, also a spar 3 minutes away. Big sainsburys 20 minute walk away and buses into town 3-5 minute walk away. Parks are also very close to the property too. Great location.
