Had very limited interactions with Darren and Karen, but from the few times we met them, they were nice and gave us good advice about the area

Better this year than I had in previous years; any problems reported to Roman City were usually dealt with quickly. They did have some communication problems with us, such as the time an electrician came to PAT test the electronics and Roman City had failed to inform us, leading to a very confused and awkward encounter with the electrician at 8 in the morning.
We attempted to call the out-of-hours number, but there was no response. A housemate did manage to get in contact, however, and we were issued an apology, although we were all still midly shaken and annoyed.

Property rating
For the most part, the house was good. In a pretty good location, university-wise and far enough away from main roads so we were not usually disturbed by heavy traffic. Dominion Road is a highly residential area, with a good amount of families with small children, so we did often get the sound of children playing during the nice weather, which was fine unless we were trying to work.
The house was recently renovated when we moved in, and will be facing further renovations between us moving out and it being let to new tenants. The walls are thin and sound travels easy throughout the house.
It is a four-bedroom property, with three bedrooms on the first floor and one on the ground, connected to the kitchen. The kitchen is a little small and was one too few drawers for the number of occupants, but we were able to make do.
There is a living room with two comfy sofas (although the cushions do tend to push out when sat on), a space heater and a TV.

The part of Twerton we were in was fine, we were close to both a U5 bus stop to go onto university, and a 5 bus stop into town. Along Twerton High Street are two general stores, which was useful.
However, the way to the house is under a bridge and up a road that is not entirely well-lit, and on a few occasions there have been loud altercations along High Street, which, as young women often made us feel slightly worried for our safety. We were never approached and we always made sure there was a good distance between us and the arguments, but we always made sure to get back inside the house quickly.
