Better this year than I had in previous years; any problems reported to Roman City were usually dealt with quickly. They did have some communication problems with us, such as the time an electrician came to PAT test the electronics and Roman City had failed to inform us, leading to a very confused and awkward encounter with the electrician at 8 in the morning.
We attempted to call the out-of-hours number, but there was no response. A housemate did manage to get in contact, however, and we were issued an apology, although we were all still midly shaken and annoyed.

Very slow to respond to issues and often had to report issues multiple times before there was any communication.

Incredibly dismissive just because we are students. One time actually hung up the phone on me. Do not always inform us when workmen are coming to the property. I have consistently had to call Roman City more than once when an issue needs to be solved. My housemate raised an issue, and they said they would not log it until we formally complained, although they were aware of the issue.
