Little to no contact with the landlord, and often had to report issues multiple times before there would be any information regarding repairs. The attic flooded during the rainy winter and leaked through the ceiling. It took several months before anything was done about it, and there are still water bubbles on the ceiling in various places

5 bed house conjoined to the Newbridge Auto Centre. Low rent for Bath but due to proximity to the auto shop and the hospital, it can be very loud.
3 rather large bedroom, 1 medium-sized and 1 small bedroom. The 3 large bedrooms are prone to mould, as is the back corner of the living room, and the smallest bedroom is very cold in the winter due to the radiator being blocked

Lidl is a 20-minute walk or 10-minute bus journey, and there are shops on Chelsea Road just past the Hortsmann Road bus stop.
Also a short walk to the Newbridge Park and Ride 21 route if that bus is required
