“Right to quiet enjoyment” was far from respected. Regular landlord visits after which I was told I didn’t hoover the carpet often enough. 3 weeks from moving out and still no deposit return, following claims that I didn’t polish the chandeliers well enough. Beautiful flat with lots of natural light. However, poorly insulated, and with lots of single-glazed windows, the winter months were unpleasant. Not very soundproof and neighbours kept me up constantly. The chimney had birds and snakes getting in causing debris and dust.
