Friendly but was initially constantly at the property unannounced to do gardening that should've been done before our arrival, wouldn't communicate difficult messages to us directly and instead relay them through the agency. Walks through house with dirty shoes on and clearly has little regard for the state of the property when it's him doing the damage and leaving the mess.

Can be difficult to work with & need frequent reminders when issues need resolved. Do tend to fix issues eventually, awful at arranging viewings and generally communicating with tenants - incoming tenants showed up expecting a viewing without any communication to us from the agency, they were also late to guide 10+ prospective tenants round the property, leaving us to handle them.

Good sized property but small kitchen and living space considering number of bedrooms. Mostly old furniture & fittings, minor damp problem in some areas but nothing worrying, new fridge, microwave, tumble drier and washing machine.
