The landlady is highly demanding during viewings. We had to put back the house exactly the way it was every time a viewing was booked (since we had moved some of the sofas around). She also moved your stuff around without asking. But the agency is pretty prompt if something breaks and liberal in terms of final inspection.

4 rooms, originally meant for 2 rooms though. The living room is weird, the boiler is plugged to an extension cord in the living room. There is no table to eat at, and when we brought in our own, it was awkward because most of the place is taken by the sofas. We had to sit on the sofas and eat at the table. The toilet is prone to this blue fluff, not sure where it comes from, looks a bit like lint. The dryer door is broken so all the lint goes everywhere in the utility room, and occasionally the door comes off as you're using the machine so then your clothes spill on to the disgusting floor. There is a sun room which leaks. The room downstairs is big, it's made out of what used to be a dining room I assume. Two of the rooms upstairs used to be one, so they're tiny. One of them has a cupboard outside the room...The final room upstairs is massive and a good one.

It's close to Lidl (7 minutes walk) and Co-op (10 minutes walk) with a U2 bus stop right outside the house. There is also a 12 bus stop that goes to town 30 seconds who away and a 1 to town (more frequent than the 12) 5 minutes walk away.
