Graham Price is a toxic landlord, do not rent with him or let anyone you know rent from him!! He will ripe people off, never came to help fix issue unless we constantly called and emailed him and even when he did come he would always be patronizing and tell us that it was solely our fault that this issue had occurred. We have been recently trying to get our deposit back (£1500) it has been 3 months and we still have no deposit or any idea of when we will get it, he refuses to give us a copy of our signed tenancy agreement plus other information we have asked for, he also continues to add more charges with no real justification for why, he refused to answer any email, texts or phone calls we make to try find out this information and when he does reply he is very unprofessional and acts like a bully. It was not until I found this website that I found out that he had done this to people before, and that he had several court case against him in Bath county court! He takes advantage of student in Bath, he will ripe people off all in the name of keeping the money you give him in his own pocket!!

The property was old, contained 5 rooms of decent size, kitchen and bathroom where small and had no good ventilation in them. We also had no proper heating, in fact while living there we found out by the plumber that our landlord had an illegal boiler fitted previous to us moving in . It also had a massive issue with damp, when we told our landlord he accused some of the tenants as being "heavy breathers" and they were the problem for the excessive damp and mold that would grow in every room of the house. We were not told till we came to ask for our deposit back that the landlord had charged us washing machine charges for an old moldy washing machine as well as claiming that small scratches on door frames and other small damages throughout the house which were from wear and tear needs to have replacements over £1000!

Area review for Westmoreland, Bath

The area was a very student populated area, near the Bath Spa accommodation and not far from town. It was because of this that you think your getting a good deal for your money. However, once you live in the house and have to deal with the landlord that you realise it is not a nice house to live in or a good landlord to have to deal with.
