Graham Price in Bath

Pathetic. Patronising! I wanted contact with him the summer we moved in and he told me never to contact him again but to get the lead tenent to. He never came round to fix anything. We fixed the shower. I fixed my wardrobe. We fixed everything in that house and he did nothing. Disgusting human being. Never told us we had to have the house professionally cleaned and now hes taking it out of our deposit. Hes been usless and i suggest everyone stops giving this excuse of a human being any money. He charges so much to fund his sports cars and doesnt give a crap about his tenants.

Graham Price is a toxic landlord, do not rent with him or let anyone you know rent from him!! He will ripe people off, never came to help fix issue unless we constantly called and emailed him and even when he did come he would always be patronizing and tell us that it was solely our fault that this issue had occurred. We have been recently trying to get our deposit back (£1500) it has been 3 months and we still have no deposit or any idea of when we will get it, he refuses to give us a copy of our signed tenancy agreement plus other information we have asked for, he also continues to add more charges with no real justification for why, he refused to answer any email, texts or phone calls we make to try find out this information and when he does reply he is very unprofessional and acts like a bully. It was not until I found this website that I found out that he had done this to people before, and that he had several court case against him in Bath county court! He takes advantage of student in Bath, he will ripe people off all in the name of keeping the money you give him in his own pocket!!

He was awful, never came to the property when emergencies happened. He also had the gall to take our deposits £1500 and then ask for more to fix damage on a chair!! He has several cases at Bath County Court for not returning deposits, so don't use him as a landlord!! The two previous tenants also had this happen to them!
