Landlord rating
He was awful, never came to the property when emergencies happened. He also had the gall to take our deposits £1500 and then ask for more to fix damage on a chair!! He has several cases at Bath County Court for not returning deposits, so don't use him as a landlord!! The two previous tenants also had this happen to them!

Property rating
The property was okay, but obvious sign of wear and tear - painted over wallpaper and the front door smashed. The ceiling leaked in the main bedroom for about a month without landlord coming to see it. There was also mould over the windows in every room, but this is almost guaranteed in bath student properties.

It's right by Oldfield park and by town centre so it's great for shopping and ease. Uni bus stops right outside so super handy.
