Landlord rating
We stayed in 15 Avondale Court for our second year house and were so so upset that we had to leave for third year, as we are downsizing from 6 to 4 people.
Our landlords were amazing with us from the start of our contract right until the end, with reliable and consistent contact, and any issues that we had were resolved quickly. E.g. getting us a wifi extender, and a new bed-frame when the old one became broken.
Our landlords were genuinely such lovely people, and when our contract came to an end, we asked if they could sort out the cleaning service, which was very easy and deducted from our deposit. The house was checked and the Landlords asked us if there were any things that they could make sure to sort for the next tenants which shows just how considerate they are.
We had the best year in 15 Avondale, made so many memories and are so sad to be leaving.
I couldn’t recommend the Landlords more, they made our experience so easy!!

The house was so clean, bright and modern with the most amazing garden and cozy lounge. The bedrooms were perfect with lots of storage and the beds were so comfy!
It was very reassuring to live in a house where we could tell the landlords cared so much about our experience and the house as a whole.

Area rating
Our neighbours were lovely and would always ask me what i had on at uni if they saw me heading out the house!! There was easy access to bus routes and the centre, and we will miss all the little cats who we loved giving attention to. The house was located right at the end of the culdesac so was quiet other than the general noise going on around, and there were endless places to park.
