The agency has its pros and cons. On the positive side, they are prompt in addressing and fixing issues, which is a significant advantage. In my experience, I never encountered any problems in that aspect.
However, they conduct inspections frequently, but the short notice can be bothersome at times.
One major downside is their tendency to increase the rent significantly. When I moved in, the rent was £825, but they quickly raised it to the maximum of £875. After I left, they further increased it to £1220, which shows they are likely to raise the rent whenever they get the chance. Additionally, they withheld some of my deposit, making the claim at the last minute, leaving me with insufficient time to contest it. This tactic felt rather cunning on their part.

It's a semi-detached 2-bedroom cottage that's got loads of character and is super close to the town center. Plus, you get your own spot for parking and a sweet courtyard garden to relax in!

Area rating
The neighbors are delightful, and I frequently visit other houses for a drink and to socialize. However, the neighbors outside the courtyard can be quite noisy, with lots of shouting, loud music, and the revving of motorcycles. Additionally, there is a pub nearby that plays loud music on weekends. Nevertheless, living right in town, it's not surprising to experience such vibrant and bustling surroundings.
