Incredibly dismissive just because we are students. One time actually hung up the phone on me. Do not always inform us when workmen are coming to the property. I have consistently had to call Roman City more than once when an issue needs to be solved. My housemate raised an issue, and they said they would not log it until we formally complained, although they were aware of the issue.

A four bed property. All the bedrooms have 3/4 beds which is great. However the decor is extremely dated, especially the denim covered sofa. There are only 3 seats in the living area, which isn't great when 4 people live there. There are also a number of unprotected wires around the house, particularly in the kitchen.
