Letting Agent rating
Very slow to be of any help. On multiple occasions they appeared before the 24 hour notice window to inspect the property. Generally seeming to be much more punitive in search of extra fees as opposed to being of any help to the tenant beyond the bare legal minimum.

Property rating
The property was not in a clean state when we moved in. The property was also of a very poor standard, with incredibly fragile and cheap furniture given the relatively high prices of the area. Even in comparison to other student leasing in the area, the price was still far too high in relation to the quality of property provided, comparatively.

Very close to a train station. Short walk to various bus routes. Local road of shops was only a short walk. Overall a relatively safe area, albeit with a high student population.
