For most things they took weeks to get fixed unless we contacted the maintenance men directly. Things were broke when we first moved in and never got fixed in the entire year! Bathroom lock, sofa leg, coffee table, fridge seal still broken. The fire alarm goes off randomly and can’t be stopped even when the code and instructions are followed. We had people around 5 times to try to fix it and even the fire service replaced smoke alarms but it still continued to sound because the system was so old and they couldn’t be bothered to replace it. We had to listen to a constant ringing every night & day for weeks.

6 bedrooms of decent size. Bottom two bedrooms very damp due to blocked drainpipes, causing excessive mould to grow on walls and lavae. We had to buy dehumidifiers for the rooms. Many things already broken when we moved in: seal on fridge, sofa leg, coffee table leg, bathroom locks, fire alarm.

Good location, on a quiet road, 2 minute walk to lidl and 10 minute walk to nearest bus stop to get to university. 2 very close local pubs, and McDonald’s a few minutes walk away too.
