Not easy to get along with. Landlady would lie a lot and rarely do what she said she would do. We fell out after a few months of me living there. When I said that the rent was really high and I could barely afford to live, she said maybe I could work a few hours in the shop to reduce the price!!

Here I lived in a room on the top floor of a sofa and curtain shop. I shared a bathroom/toilet with any staff working in the shop and the kitchen too. The kitchen was on the same floor as part of the shop. There was an oven and electric hob, but no microwave or toaster. I had to enter the property through the front door of the shop. It was mostly a problem-free experience apart from living in a shop was weird. Shower and bath were good. Nice furniture, adequate storage space. Noisy street to live on with single-glazed windows! There was no washing machine.

The best street, so many cool shops and near to centre of city. Bit noisy though, sounds echoed a lot on that road.
