Landlord rating
Steve is nearby and super responsive to any communications about repairs. He was also very considerate in letting us know when repairs or maintenance checks were being made. Appliances and furniture were also updated when we moved in and maintained well during absences i.e. summer. I cannot fault him, as a first landlord he has been amazing and treats us students with respect. We rented with him in our second year, and came back again in our final year because we had such a great experience.

Doesn't feel like student accommodation, feels like a home. Well decorated and fitted with all mod cons (washer, dryer, fridge/freezer etc.). Property is in very good condition. Great outdoor space in the back and a conservatory which can be used to store things. There's also a shed out back that can be used for storage. Free on street parking also!

Good area for students as it close to uni bus route, great friendly community of locals also. Very close to Oldfield Park station, 15/20 minute walk to Bath Spa station. Lidl is also around the corner, Co-op and Sainsbury's are 5 minutes away also. House is in a very good location!
