Cannot fault the landlords at all. Ms Cook was easy to communicate with and always responded to concerns/questions we had. Any maintenance was seen to really quickly! Just a lovely person overall. Highly recommend her! By far the best landlady/landlord we've had.

The property has three great sized rooms - having rented in Bath for 4 years even the 'small' rooms are very reasonably sized! The property has a communal living area which is a nice addition and is directly attached to a kitchen which is a great size. There is one bathroom in the property with a shower that has good water pressure. The only thing that prevents this house being a 10/10 is the fact that as you'd expect from a lived in house there is some wear and tear but the landlord uses the summer months to address lots of these areas for the next tenants.
Finally, there is on-street parking - sometimes spots can be difficult to find but there are multiple roads close to Maybrick which can be used if this does happen.

The neighbourhood was lovely. All the residents were extremely welcoming and they made us feel included as soon as we moved in. The university bus stops are about a 10/15 minute walk and the bus into city is located a 5 minute walk away. The road is adjacent to Moorland road which has basically everything you need close to hand - Express Supermarket, Pharmacy, Discount Store, lots of food places etc.
Maybrick is not a through-road which also means that we didn't have constant traffic outside.
