Bad initial service, random and unannounced changes to the contract just before you sign it (price rises, an extra 12 months, changed break clauses) and really expensive fees. The second time we had to use them they took an initial deposit and despite the property having been let already (which they didn't mention) they wouldn't refund the deposit for around 2 months.
