They have been very good at getting repairs fixed, however initially it was a real struggle to get them to admit that our whole heating system was not working. It has since been fixed but trying to get that sorted took a long time. The house has needed a lot of repair work over this year but they have accommodated all of this.

Easy letting are great, always happy to help with any issues and quick to respond. Would recommend

Would not recommend the agency. Hard to get hold of and said he had to do everything through the landlord who was equally difficult.

Very good at showing you houses you want, when getting the house the tenancy agreement was easy to understand and fill in. Slight annoyance with having to give in student IDs and bringing guarantor forms back.

Very mixed. Can be good but often disorganised - took them over a month to do our inventory which was meant to be done in the first week. Often have to pester them about repairs and they usually just try to fix the problem themselves (with varying levels of success) but generally, a nice team who do try their best.

Easy Lettings has overall been pretty good, they have handled everything very professionally (though we mostly organise repairs through our landlord).

The agency was helpful at the start of the tenancy , they made the process easy. They also ensure deposits were returned in a timely manner.

Agency is very responsive and easy to get hold of even out of hours. Usually fix any repairs on the same day. Have come over late in the evening in the past to let someone back into room who had been locked out and didn't charge any fee.

Agency were fine, had multiple viewings but were very helpful with us. Very accommodating when I lost my keys, easy to contact

The only good thing I can say about this agency is the speed of response to our issues, and this shouldn't even need to be commended as that is a basic right letting with an agency....

I don't even know where to begin. When we moved in in July, our boiler was broken and the heating was permanently stuck on. It took days for this to get sorted. After that it all went downhill. From July until March our boiler was broken, either leaving us with no heating for 2 weeks, no hot water, constantly needed re-pressurising and the agency just did not bother to fix it properly. It has taken almost 50 emails and numerous phone calls for me to get this sorted finally. I have had phone calls where the agency have literally hung up on me after calling to ask a simple question, huffing and asking why I need things in writing, They try and manipulate us into thinking it's our fault something is broken. I have had numerous try to give me their PERSONAL phone numbers which is highly unprofessional, one even kept leaning in and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. They leave the lights on when they show people round, they left our front door wide open after a viewing leaving us vulnerable to robbery, they have not fixed safety issues I have asked about, and have never emailed us to update us on things they are fixing. They replaced our washing machine and then our entire kitchen flooded because they didn't do it properly, they fixed the shower and it leaked because they didn't seal it properly. They only do HALF A JOB. I would not rent with this agency again, they didn't even seem to know much information about the property when viewing it and have generally been quite rude and curt with us at times.

Original dealings about contract etc. were efficient, although only one paper copy which we all had to go and read in person in order to sign, and then took a long time for them to email round all the confirmation of the contract and the actual documents. During the tenancy, they were quick to respond to any maintenance issues, usually within the same day, however on the day we moved in the property had yet to be cleaned, with the cleaners still there, so we had to wait for hours to move in our things, which was quite a big inconvenience.
