The only good thing I can say about this agency is the speed of response to our issues, and this shouldn't even need to be commended as that is a basic right letting with an agency....
I don't even know where to begin. When we moved in in July, our boiler was broken and the heating was permanently stuck on. It took days for this to get sorted. After that it all went downhill. From July until March our boiler was broken, either leaving us with no heating for 2 weeks, no hot water, constantly needed re-pressurising and the agency just did not bother to fix it properly. It has taken almost 50 emails and numerous phone calls for me to get this sorted finally. I have had phone calls where the agency have literally hung up on me after calling to ask a simple question, huffing and asking why I need things in writing, They try and manipulate us into thinking it's our fault something is broken. I have had numerous try to give me their PERSONAL phone numbers which is highly unprofessional, one even kept leaning in and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. They leave the lights on when they show people round, they left our front door wide open after a viewing leaving us vulnerable to robbery, they have not fixed safety issues I have asked about, and have never emailed us to update us on things they are fixing. They replaced our washing machine and then our entire kitchen flooded because they didn't do it properly, they fixed the shower and it leaked because they didn't seal it properly. They only do HALF A JOB. I would not rent with this agency again, they didn't even seem to know much information about the property when viewing it and have generally been quite rude and curt with us at times.

94a Exeter road is located above campus wines. It is a 6 bedroom, 2 bathroom house although when advertised this is slightly misleading... whilst the house has 2 showers you can't use both at once as there is no water pressure, so if anyone washes up whilst you're in the shower good luck because it goes freezing cold. The house has mould behind some cupboard and in the bathroom we have tried to remove but couldn't as there isn't enough ventilation. The water is just chucked outside from a pipe so the entire back wall is now eroding away, the floors are disgusting and were not clean when we moved in. we have had to call out insecticide companies to remove fleas from the carpet as we were all constantly being bitten, the house has holes and is extremely cold, it has no insulation. The boiler has had numerous issues, there are multiple fire hazards in the house and the downstairs sofas are so sunken in it's like just sitting on wood.

It's a general student area and very noisy especially on Wednesday and Saturday nights, smashed glass is often left around, my car has had almost £2,000 worth of damage done to it since being parked here
