Hands down the best landlords I've ever had. Let us move our stuff in a feeble hours early. Always responded to emails within the day (often sooner). Always provided maintenance within the week (or the next day if necessary). Hired a gardener to maintain the garden throughout the year. Lovliest people. Could not ask for better landlords!! Only moving because I'm not living with the same number of people this year. Sad to moving out :(

Didn't use letting agent for any maintenance or contact over the year. Fees were probably expensive af, but they were v easy to sort out the tenancy beforehand. ALWAYS gave us notice when people weren't viewing the property.

4 rooms; 2 decent sized (1 of which comfortably accommodated 2 people), 2 small; all rooms are doubles. Good sized kitchen. Smaller living room, but fits 4 people. Very well ventilated so no mould issues; but drafty hallway due to vents. Not too hard to heat, as long as living room door is shut. Keeps house cool in hot summer which is v nice. Bit dark in living room though.
£325 per person per month, not including bills, which is pretty affordable for the area.

Very very close to station, alright selection of shops. Student area, so neighbours are loud & there is often noise late into the night. Would Not recommend if not a student.
