The landlord was simply amazing. He really cared about the conditions of the house and the well-being of us tenants. He reacted promptly to problems, quickly replaced any faulty appliance and was always kind and helpful.

The property was a student shared house, so do not expect a luxury accomodation, but it was actually in very good conditions compared to most student houses I have seen. The landlord took excellent care of it and reacted promptly to any problem.

The neighborhood was mostly quiet; you could find a mix of students and families. We had an instance of antisocial neighbours behaviour but it was no major issue. The house is very well connected to University, the Hospital, the train station and the Harborne High Street.
