The landlord is by far the most arrogant person I've ever known. Very rude and uses intimidation tactics to scare his tenants into paying him more money. Repairs were shoddy at best, with fire alarms and the boiler being out of action at some point during the tenancy. I saw him often, but only because he entered the property without notice.

The agency were helpful in some cases, but not in others. They were lovely to speak to if everything was good, but were incredibly rude and defensive when something was wrong. They allowed groups of people to view the property without notice.

The property is wonderful upon first glance. Very big, beautiful house. Upon closer inspection, the 10 bedrooms were incredibly varied, with some having damp issues. Large garden and private gated driveway for up to 4 cars.

There are good bus routes (45, 47, 61 and 63) into the city centre. There were shops next door and a short walk to a supermarket. Cannon Hill Park is a short walk away also.
