Younes is an older man nice guy in person but he would get his daughter to manage everything and she is by far the worst person I’ve ever known, extremely hostile and unapproachable, through my 2 years living there we had leaks, mould, broken washing machine, damp walls and nothing was done and was refused to be fixed, instead we got if that bad just move out then!!, last week of us moving they had talks around the place of painting over the leaks and mould which is actually sickening for the next person, we was left without electricity from time to time because they had to top it up, we had no control+they expect cash to be put under doormat for landlord to collect, dodgy stuff going on. Took over 4months for our deposit because landlord thought filling up a bin and a pizza in the oven was a great excuse for £750. There would be many occasions where we wouldn’t get notice and landlord would rock up at our apartment door. Fire alarms didn’t work and no accessible fire exits for the top floor which is a fire hazard

Not a bad area a bit away from town, very hard to get into town in morning takes additional 30min in uber, but close to bearwood so ok, Tesco not that far by for few bits but not amazing
