Ignored our messages unless he needed us. Ended up directing all our comunication through his brother who is very amicable and quite helpful. That said, each time the boiler broke we went 2 weeks without someone adressing it. It took about a month for the oven to be fixed. Charged us unjustified fees at the end of the tenancy.

Affitto. They were only involved in moving us in. They provided us with the wrong bank details to pay the landlord and gave us unclear instructions regarding the inventory. They were uncontactable, emails were never replied to and phone calls were never picked up. Either they choose to be incompetent or they must genuinely be so bad at their job. Their service did not justify the fees we paid to them.

Old victorian style, large rooms for the area that it is in. Nice living room. Poorly kept though, the oven is a very old gas cooker which was non functional on moving in, the shower and boiler broke 3 times in one year of tenancy, leading us to believe that the landlord just went for a quick fix each time. Good value for the area though at 85pppw.

Great neighbourhood just off harborne high street. Coop at the top of the road is incredibly useful. Very friendly neighbours. Only drawback is that it is right opposite a school so parking in the morning (8.30-9) and at hometime (about 2.20-3.30, the school has staggered end times) is very difficult. Often we would have to park 5-10 minutes away, difficult if you have bags of shopping!
