Gary is an excellent landlord and two years on since leaving his property, I haven't found a better landlord! He cares about the well-being of his tenants, maintains the property well and responds promptly to any concerns and maintenance issues.

The landlord was simply amazing. He really cared about the conditions of the house and the well-being of us tenants. He reacted promptly to problems, quickly replaced any faulty appliance and was always kind and helpful.
