4 rooms; 2 decent sized (1 of which comfortably accommodated 2 people), 2 small; all rooms are doubles. Good sized kitchen. Smaller living room, but fits 4 people. Very well ventilated so no mould issues; but drafty hallway due to vents. Not too hard to heat, as long as living room door is shut. Keeps house cool in hot summer which is v nice. Bit dark in living room though.
£325 per person per month, not including bills, which is pretty affordable for the area.
