Was okay, didn't reply to texts and problems but landlady went independent after a couple of weeks of us moving in.

Didn't communicate with the Landlady properly, promised we would have a cleaner come and deep clean the flat before we moved in, this didn't happen and the flat was dirty, uncleaned and had mould in the washing machine and fridge freezer.

I don't know how this company can exist. Absolutely no contact with their customers. Tell you bills are paid by the landlord, then sneak in something else on the contract! Try to get more money out of you by lying about payments and hope you don't argue back. Never get anything done even after multiple emails. Made us move in a week late because the previous resident stayed later.
