Unclear communication that we had a downstairs studio flat neighbour
Repairs took months even when we sent them a detailed list at the very beginning of tenancy
Repairs done during exam season with no warning at all

They seemed to be alright - we mostly went through the landlord but the agency handled all viewings - they did tell the landlord each time, but didn’t check back with him to confirm he’d received that message and told us, so there was one viewing we didn’t know about.

ignored all emails about repairs until we contacted the private renters service and environmental health to fix the issues. even now after more than 6 months of living in the property the problems haven't all been fixed.

Please don't waste you r money with this agency. We stayed at the property for six months and had worst every experience with them. When we moved in lots of things weren't fixed and we were told it will be fixed once we moved in but nothing happened during those six months when we stayed there. Lots of emails and calls were exchanged but these people don't listen at all. After we left property we kept chasing them for our deposit. we cleaned everything and 21 days later we got email saying somethings weren't cleaned and they want to deduct £75 from deposit. We would have taken them to court but we are working professionals and don't have time for solicitors. We just wanted our deposit so we agreed to deduct £75 but still haven't heard anything yet. I got annoyed off so decided to write this review so to warn other people before we take any property on rent through them. I hope this will help other people. I have got all the emails which were exchanged with them in case any wants to see proof.

The agency were helpful in some cases, but not in others. They were lovely to speak to if everything was good, but were incredibly rude and defensive when something was wrong. They allowed groups of people to view the property without notice.

Easy to contact and quickly sorted contracts, fees not too high as expected and always friendly
