The manager was kind and easy to deal with, as well as many of the other letting agents, hence not giving them a lower rating.
Notwithstanding this, one of their employees was the landlords relative and treated the property I was renting as her fiefdom, speaking down to me during visits and acting as though they were doing a favour by renting the property out to me. Additionally, this employee went back on their word during the final inspection stating that the property's cleanliness was amazing and, as my dad had helped with all the cleaning for which I paid him, she said she would hire him if possible. Following this, the LL tried to request the full deposit, claiming the issues were my fault, despite the final inspection remarks.

Ewemove Childwall are rogue. We are suing them for 2 accidents and professional negligence. Over 400 emails about disrepairs on a premium 2000 pcm rental. Small things like a failing roof, windows so rotten they fell out, exposed electrics, electrics mixing with rainwater and pouring through ceilings, gas leaks, structural issues and movement, sewage issues - the normal stuff. Currently suing for circa 100,000 in damages. Chartered Surveyor out three times for court and a council improvement order with 10 hazards
